岗位要求 | GENERAL SUMMARY: This position is to provide IT service to end users and solve client-side hardware, network and software problems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. duty 1–90% • Response IT ticket system by providing on-site support to solve hardware, network and software problems for all clients • Maintain public information facilities such as printer, telephone, projector…etc • Keep service pack and antivirus software be updated in time for all clients. • Grant or revoke access privilege for end users. 2. duty 2–10% • Conduct basic IT training to customers • Purchase IT facilities for other dept. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1) Competencies: Skills, knowledge, & abilities Functional Competencies: • Master in Desktop Operation system and Application like windows XP, Vista and office 2003, Office 2007. • Master in PC hardware and related peripheral • MCSE • CCNP • Keep up with new technology Interpersonal Competencies: • Good talent of understanding and analysis • Pressure tolerant, team work, communicative , hard working, fast learning • English communication skill in reading, writing and speaking Leadership Competencies: • Have strong security consciousness. 2) Experience: • Must have 2+ year experience in helpdesk or related work experience. 3) Minimum educational level: • B.S. Computer Science or equivalent |
